These are Lemon & Dandelion Tarts to celebrate one of the most amazing and beloved flowers of spring, the humble dandelion. The tarts are gluten, dairy, and egg-free with a bright, citrus flavor.
Dandelion flowers are both edible and medicinal, and have a hint of golden sweetness stirred into a lemony base.

Flowering Adaptogenic Chai
Adaptogens and tonic herbs are essentially a support system and a preventative for your physical, mental, and spiritual health. Adaptogens like Tulsi Basil and Butterfly Pea Flower are simultaneously energizing and stress relieving, without the buzz or intensity of something like coffee. This chai recipe is a deeply nourishing way to take in the plants.
Chocolate-Dipped Blood Orange
If you’re looking for a homemade gift or treat, these are really fun, easy & delicious! You can use any citrus you like or have available. Blood Oranges are my favorite citrus, hailing originally from Sicily, likely introduced there sometime around 2-3,000 years ago. They were reserved for royalty, and are still prized for their vibrant color and sweet/tart flavor.
Blood oranges are rich in anthocyanins, giving them their characteristic hue and added heart-healing & anti-inflammatory benefits

Forest Wassail
Wassail is an ancient brew for dreaming and protection, celebration and healing, and for welcoming in a new season and year of potential. Wassail is a celebratory drink with Pagan roots that pre-dates christianity in its origin with stories that stretch across the British Isles. In the Norse tradition, Wassail would have been called "Ves Heil", and in English "was hál", meaning "good health" or "good fortune".
The Element of Air
The element of Air has a special connection to Prana- Life Force which makes its ethereal nature a bit more dynamic. Prana, commonly mistaken for breath, is the force that animates bodily functions, thoughts, thought processes, and sensory input/output. It is also the directional and enlivening force connecting the dual energies of Shiva (consciousness) and Shakti (energy) through the subtle body to the physical body and vice versa. Prana animates all the elements, but is most likened to the vibrational nature of Air.

Beauty Brownies.
This recipe is inspired by the Swedish "kladdkaka", a slightly under baked brownie that is soft and gooey in the centre and crisp around the edges. Instead of being filled with sugar and refined flour and oil, this recipe features wholesome, nourishing ingredients. It might be the most delicious, yet nourishing brownie you will ever get your hands on. Gluten free, refined sugar free, plant based and utterly delicious. Happy baking!
The Element of Water
The element of water, Apas, has a special connection to Shakti within Tantric cosmology and the deeper practices of Ayurveda. In this blog I’ll cover the subtle connection of water through the self and environment- the bridge between subtle and physical. This bridge will highlight the operating wisdom behind water so you can keep yourself in harmony throughout the seasons and in accordance with nature. It will also provide deeper understanding to the element’s subtle energy in ritual and for co-creative manifestation.
Lavender Cream Chocolates
One of my favourite creations has been these delightful cream-filled chocolates. The dark chocolate pairs so beautifully with the smooth, creamy lavender filling. This is a treat that really awakens the senses, and brings a sense of calm, peace and luxury.
